By completing the account registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms. This acceptance is binding regardless of whether you have read them in full. bit55 strongly encourages all Players to read these Terms before creating an Account.
These Terms are available in English. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the bit55 Platform. bit55 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your Account will be immediately suspended, all Wagers voided, and any funds returned subject to verification of their origin.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bit55 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. bit55 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
3.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 KYC Verification. bit55 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or utility bill. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. bit55 may suspend an Account pending the receipt of satisfactory KYC documentation.
3.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, a resident of, or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bit55 accepts no liability for Players who access the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.2 You must notify bit55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised.
4.3 bit55 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 bit55 strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 2FA is available from within your Account settings dashboard.
Security Tip: Never share your bit55 password with anyone, including individuals claiming to be bit55 support staff. bit55 representatives will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bit55 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank. bit55 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 via mobile wallet (JazzCash or EasyPaisa). Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Mobile wallet deposits (JazzCash and EasyPaisa) are credited to your bit55 Balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits follow standard interbank processing timelines.
5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that are registered in your name and that match the identity information on your bit55 Account. bit55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. bit55 targets same-business-day processing for verified withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank follow standard interbank timelines, which may take one to three business days.
5.6 Funds Origin. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your bit55 Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity. bit55 cooperates fully with any lawful investigation into the origin of funds held in Player Accounts.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bit55 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts as notified to the Player by email. Players may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support at [email protected].
6.1 bit55 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, where applicable, are clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate Accounts or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
6.4 bit55 Right to Modify. bit55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in and met the qualifying conditions, bit55 will honour the bonus to the extent of the qualifying criteria met.
7.1 All sports bets placed on the bit55 Platform are governed by the bit55 Sportsbook Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and are available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a matter specific to sports betting, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A Wager is not accepted until you receive a confirmation from bit55 including a unique bet reference number. bit55 reserves the right to decline or void any Wager prior to the event commencing, including where a price has been offered in error or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns.
7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within a specified time period; the market is suspended prior to the relevant outcome being determined; pricing or data errors are identified; or the outcome cannot be verified from reliable official sources.
7.4 Maximum Payouts. Maximum payout limits apply on a per-event and per-day basis. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant betting market. bit55 will not process payouts in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit regardless of the odds at which a Wager was placed.
7.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time market availability. bit55 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. In-play bets placed after the relevant outcome has occurred will be voided and stakes returned.
8.1 All casino games available on the bit55 Platform — including but not limited to slot machines, live dealer games, table games, and instant-win products — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios.
8.2 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual outcome or result in any given session.
8.3 Technical malfunctions of any game software — including but not limited to disconnections, display errors, or incorrect payout calculations — void all Wagers and Pays. In such circumstances, the stake is returned to the Player's Balance.
8.4 bit55 reserves the right to remove, replace, or modify any game in the casino library at any time. The availability of specific games may vary based on Player location and applicable regulatory requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bit55 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The bit55 name, logo, and all related marks, names, and trade dress are trademarks of bit55. You must not use any bit55 trademark without our prior written consent.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bit55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 bit55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen technical failures may temporarily affect Platform availability.
12.3 bit55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by bit55's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
bit55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bit55.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.
bit55 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We share personal data only where required for the operation of the Platform (for example, with payment processors, KYC providers, or game suppliers), as required by law, or with your explicit consent.
14.1 bit55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players by email to the address on file, or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the effective date.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with your use of the bit55 Platform are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bit55 holds its international gaming licence.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between you and bit55, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most issues can be resolved promptly through direct communication with our support team.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral body specified in bit55's gaming licence. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, bit55 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or any other proprietary rights.
